The Ecology Department of the Tashkent region conducted an operation in the Yukorichirchik district.

During the operation, it was established that a black vulture, which is listed in the Red Book of Uzbekistan, was illegally kept on the territory of an industrial facility located in Gulistan area.
An investigation was conducted, during which the head of the enterprise voluntarily handed over the bird to the state.

The black vulture was transported to the Tashkent Zoo for a full examination of its health and temporary care.
