Another raid was carried out by inspectors of the Shafirkan district of the Ecology Department of the Bukhara region.

During the event, it was established that a resident of Shafirkan district Sh. P. arbitrarily mined soil on the territory of the buffer zone of the collector in the Galaba array.

On this fact, a protocol was drawn up against the violator Sh. P. in accordance with part 2 of article 82 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and a fine of 10 BRV - 3.3 million soums was imposed.

Recall that earlier, citizens were fined for illegal soil extraction in a reserve zone in the Syrdarya region.
