The Ministry of Ecology, Environmental Protection, and Climate Change, in collaboration with the General Prosecutor's Office and other state authorities, has examined the state of the plant world and land use on the territory of the scientific-experimental station "Darkhan" (Dendro Park) of the Forestry Agency, located in the Tashkent region.

During the investigation, cases related to the destruction of trees and violations of land allocation and usage rules were identified.

Based on the identified facts, the General Prosecutor's Office has initiated a criminal case in accordance with Article 198 (Damaging or Destruction of Crops, Forests, Trees, or Other Plants) and Article 205 (Abuse of Power or Official Authority) of the Criminal Code.

Currently, the investigation is ongoing.
