To preserve the number of wild animals in winter, employees of natural national parks and reserves in many regions of the country are carrying out biotechnical work.

In particular, artificial feeding grounds have been created on the territory of seven branches of Zarafshan National Natural Park. The management of the national park has harvested more than 5 tons of feed and bran, as well as 2 thousand bales of hay, for feeding Bukhara deer and other wild animals as part of biotechnical measures.

Also, salt and feed are delivered by employees to the high-altitude areas of the Surkhan State Reserve, where the cold is particularly strong and it is difficult for animals to find food in winter.

In addition, hay and coarse feed are delivered to animal habitats in Nuratinsky and Zaamin State reserves. On the territory of "Yukori Tupalang" National Natural Park, employees and the Department of Specially Protected Natural Areas conducted a biotechnical event on feeding wild animals with soft feeds and coarse hay products.

Biotechnical events are also held on the territory of the Kyzylsuva section of the Gissar State Reserve, where animal feed is delivered by employees in places densely covered with snow.

It is worth noting that biotechnical events are held in specially designated areas, taking into account the recommendations of researchers and factors such as animal habitats, migration routes, and the types of food they eat.
