There will be rains, sometimes heavy, in the foothills and mountainous regions of Uzbekistan on April 8-11 of this year and on April 10 in Tashkent, Samarkand, Jizzakh, Syrdarya, Kashkadarya, Surkhandarya regions and Fergana Valley.
Hail is also possible in some areas of the republic. On April 9-11, wind is expected to increase to 22-25 m/s in places.
In addition, due to the expected heavy rains on April 8-11, floods are possible in the foothill and mountainous regions of the republic, in particular:
— Kashkadarya region: in Yakkabag, Dehkanabad, Chirakchi, Kitab, Shakhrisabz, Kamyshi, Guzar districts;
— Surkhandarya region: in Sariosiyo, Uzun, Altynsay, Denau, Boysun, Sherabad, Shorchi, Kumkurgan, Muzrabad districts;
— Samarkand region: in Urgut, Samarkand, Bulungur, Nurabad, Koshrabad, Kattakurgan, Payarik, Jomboy, Ishtikhan districts;
— Navoi region: in Khatyrchi, Navbakhor, Nurata, Kanimekh, Karmana districts;
— Jizzakh region: in Zaamin, Bakhmal, Gallyaaral, Sharaf-Rashidov, Farish, Yangiabad districts;
— Tashkent region: in Akhangaran, Bostanlyk, Parkent, Pskov, Urtachirchik, Yukorichirchik districts and the cities of Angren, Almalyk;
— Namangan region: in Pop, Kosonsoy, Chartak, Chust, Namangan, Yangikurgan districts;
— Ferghana region: in Sokh, Shakhimardan, Ferghana, Besharyk districts,
— Andijan region: in Andijan, Asaka, Jalakuduk, Kurgantepa, Pakhtaabad, Izbaskan, Khodjaabad, Marhamat districts and the city of Khanabad.
