On the territory of the MGC "Navoi" of the Yukochirchik region, a raid was carried out with the participation of the regional department of ecology and the National Guard. 

During the event, it was established that 6 citizens were illegally dumping various types of construction waste in the protected zone of the Karasuv River, which runs through the territory of MGC "Navoi", using SONY trucks.

On this fact, a protocol was drawn up against each offender and a fine of 10 BRV was imposed on each under part 3 of article 91 of the Administrative Offenses Code of Uzbekistan. Additionally, 6 trucks were impounded.

All construction waste was removed from the territory using special equipment, and 9.9 million soums were collected from the total administrative fine of 19.8 million soums imposed on the 6 offenders under article 332 of the Administrative Offenses Code of Uzbekistan.

For information: according to article 332 of the Administrative Offenses Code of Uzbekistan, the fine must be paid by the offender no later than thirty days from the date of receipt of the fine notice. In case of voluntary payment by the offender of fifty percent of the fine amount within fifteen days or seventy percent of the fine amount within thirty days from the date of receipt of the fine notice, he is exempted from paying the remaining amount of the fine.
