A complaint was received by the ecology department of the Konimekh district regarding the keeping of a steppe eagle in the "Navruz" mahalla of the "Tukmangit" settlement.

Upon review of the complaint, it was found that a resident of the "Tukmangit" settlement, B.B., illegally kept a steppe eagle in a cage on the territory of his house.

Due to the situation regarding citizen B.B., an administrative protocol was drawn up under Article 90.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and a fine of 10 BRV - 3,300,000 sum was imposed.
