These days, enhanced raids are carried out by state inspectors of the Akdarya regional department of the ecology department of the Samarkand region.
During a raid on August 28th, a resident of the "Karateri" mahalla, L.M., was detained for illegally extracting a sand-gravel mixture from the right bank of the Karadarya River using special equipment and loading it into a truck.
On this fact, a report was drawn up against the citizen in accordance with part 4 of article 70 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
On citizen L.M. a fine in the amount of 25 BRV - 8 million 250 thousand soums was imposed.
