There have been reports on social networks that trees were intentionally dried out in the "Chilguton" of the Almazar district.

The appeal was studied by state inspectors of the Ministry of Ecology, Environmental Protection and Climate Change, Almazar district department of the Tashkent Department of Ecology.

As a result of the study, it was found that 19 ornamental trees were deliberately damaged in the adjacent territory of Airport House Builders LLC.

According to the conclusion of the Tashkent Botanical Garden, the trees have reached the state of construction. The damage caused to the flora, in accordance with Appendix 4 of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 464 of August 22, 2022, amounted to 1 billion 97 million 184 thousand soums.

On this fact, documents collected regarding this incident have been sent to the prosecutor's office for a legal assessment of the situation and appropriate measures.
