The Ecology Department of the Tashkent region and the district prosecutor's office conducted an environmental control event in the Yukori-Chirchik district.

During the raid in the "Faizabad" mahalla, it was found that three growing plane trees had been cut down.

According to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers dated August 22, 2022 No. PP-464 "On further improvement of the procedure for planting, caring for and using trees and shrubs not included in the state forest fund", the damage to nature amounted to 148 million 793 thousand 500 soums.

The prosecutor's office of the Tashkent region opened a criminal case.The investigation is currently ongoing.
