In the city of Tashkent, Bukhara region, and Namangan region, unified tariffs for the provision of services for the collection and disposal of solid household waste (SHW) have been established. 

According to the decision, the established prices in Tashkent are 7,500 soums for individuals and residents, 18,808 soums per ton (excluding VAT), and 89,977 soums per cubic meter (excluding VAT) for legal entities.

In the Bukhara region, the monthly amount is 5,000 soums per person in cities and 4,000 soums in districts. For legal entities, the tariffs are 186,000 soums per ton (excluding VAT) in cities, 160,000 soums in districts, as well as 83,000 soums per cubic meter (excluding VAT) in cities and 71,000 soums in districts.

In the Namangan region, the payment amount is set at 5,000 soums for residents and 50,000 soums per cubic meter (excluding VAT) for legal entities.

It is worth noting that these measures are being implemented in accordance with the Presidential Decrees "On Further Improvement of the Management System for the Handling of Household and Construction Waste," "On Additional Measures for the Organization of Sanitary Cleaning and Ensuring Cleanliness in Settlements," as well as the Cabinet of Ministers' resolution "On the Approval of Regulatory Acts in the Field of Waste Management."

These mandatory unified tariffs, initiated by the Ministry of Ecology, Environmental Protection, and Climate Change, in accordance with the decisions of the regional Councils of People's Deputies, will contribute to improving the quality of services provided by sanitary-technical enterprises and creating new job opportunities.
