Regular night raids were carried out by the Kattakurgan district branch of the Samarkand Regional Department of Ecology.

During the raid, which was conducted to prevent illegal extraction of underground and surface natural resources, a violation was detected in the territory of Mahalla "Balandravot" in Kattakurgan district. It became known that citizen Z.H. was illegally extracting black sand using equipment under his control in the area of the "Narpay" canal.

In accordance with Part 1 of Article 70 of the Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Administrative  Responsibility, an administrative record was drawn up in respect of the offender. The perpetrator was fined 10 times the basic calculation value (BCV): 3 million 40 thousand sums.
